Bread dipping oils are a truly versatile condiment and taste great not only over bread but with many other types of food as well. Make salad dressings or pasta sauces using bread dipping oil as a base to add new flavors to old dishes. Add a splash over grilled vegetables or bruschetta for a fantastic new taste. Use them in any dish that strikes your fancy and, more often than not, the results will probably be to your liking.
